Catherine is a Partner (Member) of the firm. She is an experienced court practitioner who has represented clients in many different types of civil court hearings for in excess of 20 years.

Catherine is a member of the Family Law Association of Scotland and will take a pragmatic approach to resolving your dispute.

Catherine is a mediator accredited by The Law Society of Scotland.

Catherine will handle your separation, divorce and child care issues with empathy and guide you towards a resolution to suit your needs.

Karen is a Partner (Member) of the firm who specialises in residential property matters such as residential purchase and sale transactions and remortgages and transfers of title.

Karen smith also specialises in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and the winding up of Executry Estates. She understands how difficult these matters can be for her clients and offers an understanding and sympathetic approach. Karen recognises that it cannot always be easy for clients to come to the office to discuss such matters and this is why she is flexible with going to visit them so that all their needs are met.
