Malcolm Niven
Malcolm is a Partner (Member) of the firm who qualified in 1987. He has experience in commercial property law, corporate matters, commercial disputes and residential portfolios. Malcolm deals with developments for house builders and other clients from the initial stages, including options, right through to the disposal stage. He also has considerable experience of commercial leasing and licenses, together with business purchases and sales (with or without a property element) and commercial lending.
Catherine Monaghan
Catherine is a Partner (Member) of the firm. She is an experienced court practitioner who has represented clients in many different types of civil court hearings for in excess of 15 years. Catherine is a member of the Family Law Association of Scotland and will take a pragmatic approach to resolving your dispute. Catherine will handle your separation, divorce and child care issues with empathy and guide you towards a resolution to suit your needs.
Karen Smith
Karen is a Partner (Member) of the firm who specializes in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and the winding up of Executry Estates. She understands how difficult these matters can be for her clients and offers an understanding and sympathetic approach. Karen recognizes that it cannot always be easy for clients to come to the office to discuss such mattes and this is why she is flexible with going to visit them so that all their needs are met. Karen is also experienced in residential property matters such as residential purchase and sale transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of title.
Lindsey Devine
Since qualifying in 2004, Lindsey has specialised in all aspects of commercial and residential property law. Lindsey’s commercial conveyancing experience includes acting for commercial lenders, advising builders and property developers in land acquisitions/disposals and drafting and negotiating commercial lease documentation for landlords and tenants alike. Lindsey is also experienced in all types of residential property transactions such as house sales and purchases, part exchanges and Short Assured Tenancies.
Amy Ieropoulos
Amy has specialised in property, both residential and commercial, since qualifying. She deals with all types of commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, re-mortgages, equity release, transfer of title transactions and commercial and residential leasing for both landlords and tenants. On the residential side, Amy has particular experience in dealing with builder and shared equity missives and re-possession conveyancing. Amy also deals with the preparation of Wills and the granting of Powers of Attorneys.
